Have you been to your library lately? If not, you’ve missed some amazing programs. We’ve had everything from kids learning Spanish and making paper circuits, a magic show for Dr. Seuss’s birthday, to adults sewing and learning Microsoft PowerPoint. But have no fear if you missed out on these cool events as we have more excellent programming coming up!

First up and most importantly, registration for our April 5th senior adults “Golden Pearls” bus trip to Texas A&M Galveston Maritime College begins on Monday, March 19th at 10:05 am. Make sure you call (281-474-9142) early to register as our most recent trip filled up within hours of registration opening.

Tuesday we will have a RetroPie gaming tournament at 4:15 pm, where competitors will play a classic video game on our Raspberry Pie computer system.

Wednesday we get a little more serious as we focus using Microsoft Word to create labels & mail merge at 1:30.

Thursday there is an opportunity to learn how to make relaxing bath bombs with Mr. Mark at 4:15 in the Makerspace.

Friday learn how to transfer photos from your smart phone to a flash drive at 1:30.

There is always something exciting happening at the library, check here regularly to see what is scheduled. And if you can’t find a program that fits into your schedule there are always a good books here waiting for you to discover them.
